How we see it
Silk dying and weaving techniques have become a lot more efficient. The bad side is that quality has dropped. Today you simply don't find silks with colours and a texture that equal the best silks from the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s. With that situation in mind, we are glad to offer a small selection of ties cut from the finest silk from the golden years of silk.
Origin
The tie is made to our specifications by a small artisanal maker in Naples. Every step - marking, cutting, and sewing - is done by hand following an old Neapolitan method of tie making. Watch how it happens >>
